Sweden Tourist Visa Requirement

• Original covering Letter from employer (stating given leave period)
• An invitation on Appendix E (Form No. 213031) from the person you will be visiting in Sweden. (2 copies)
• 2 recent passport size photographs (full face looking directly at the camera, colour, light background, bear headed unless special religious reasons.
• Personal Bank Statement of the last 6 months (min. 370 SEK/day for expenses)
• Recommendation Letter from the Chamber of Commerce
• AIG Insurance
• (Will be required after visa is granted)
• Confirmed return Air Ticket/Booking
• Passport (should be valid for 6 months or more) and previous passports
• Copy of CNIC
• Personal Appearance
• Sponsor's Taxation Certificate (Slutgiitigt Skattebesked) or Residence Permit Copy.
• Sponsor’s extract of the population register (Personbevis)
• Visa Fees: Rs. 5000/-
• Service Charges: Rs. 500/-

• Original covering Letter from the employer (certifying that you will be visiting the Swedish company on behalf of your company/employer)
• Invitation letter from the Swedish Company (in Swedish or English) mentioning clearly the purpose and duration of the intended visit
• Copy of the Swedish company’s certificate of incorporation (PRV-Bolagsregistret)
• 2 recent passport size photographs (full face looking directly at the camera, colour, light background, bear headed unless special religious reasons.
• Personal Bank Statement of the last 6 months & Company’s Bank Statement for the last 1 year. Company/You bearing expenses should have minimum 370 SEK/day.
• Original Company’s certificate of registration and Original letter of Recommendation from the Chamber of Commerce
• AIG Insurance
• (Will be required after visa is granted)
• Confirmed return Air Ticket/Booking
• Passport (should be valid for 6 months or more) and previous passports. Copy of first 2 pages and of valid visas.
• Copy of CNIC
• Personal Appearance
