09--04 days prior to the arrivals, 50% of the stay will be charge
03 days prior to the arrivals or no show, full stay will be charge
Low season 03 days prior to the arrivals or no show, 1 night will be charge

Any Name Changes will be considered as a cancellation and charges will apply accordingly
