Room Specifications (Family Plan) :
The maximum occupancy per room is 02 Adults + 01 Child (one rollaway bed or one cot) except Family Room which have
one sofa and can be accommodate one additional rollaway bed (or cot). The 03rd person or the 01st Child (04-11 years)
is included in the above room rate. 2nd Child (05-11 years) sharing with parents room will be charged

Child from 00-04years sharing with parents will be free, including breakfast
Child from 05-11 years sharing with parents above rate per child
02 nd child sharing parents room (5-11 years) - US$ 58 per child per day inclusive of Breakfast (All Room Categories except Club rooms and above)
02 nd child sharing parents room (5-11 years) - US$ 86 per child per day inclusive of Breakfast and club amenities (Club rooms and above)
02 Children from 05-11 years, Single room rate will be charged
Single parent with a child up to 11 years, single room rate with child supplement will be charged.

Dinning Policy (Half Board)
Half Board is based on the Al Dhiyafa Restaurant, if the clients choose to dine at any other out let following credit will be transferred

In some of the Venues minimum age of 18 years is required

Check-in & check-out Policy :
Check-in time 15:00 hrs & check-out time : 12:00 hrs
Late check-out up to 18:00 hrs 50% of the room rate is charged
Late check-out after 18:00 hrs 100% of the room rate is charged

Early Departure Policy :
Peak & High season : 100% of the remaining room charges
Shoulder & Low season : 100% of the remaining room charges

Cancellation / No Show Policy 12-Jan-2010--11-Jan-2011 :
Shoulder Special/ Shoulder Season: 16-10 days prior to arrival 1 night stay at meal plan booked
09 days or less prior to arrival number of nights booked, max 3 nights
High Season : 23-10 days prior to arrival 1 night stay at meal plan booked
09 days or less prior to arrival number of nights booked, max 3 nights
Low Season: 09 days prior to arrival 1 night stay at meal plan booked
08 days or less prior to arrival 50% charge of the booked period on meal plan booked
Summer Season: 05 days prior to arrival 1 night stay at meal plan booked
Peak Season: 32-17 days prior to arrival 3 nights stay at meal plan booked
16 days or less prior to arrival 100% charge of the booked period on meal plan booked
Early Departures full period will be charged
All Seasons : No Name changes is allowed after reservation is made
