Deluxe Rooms ;Max 2 Adults + 1 Child
Club Executive Rooms ;Max 2 Adults + 1 Child
Apex Suite ;Max 2 Adults + 1 Child

Child Policy : (Maximum of 2 Children)
Children from 00-03 years sharing with parents will be free, including meals
Children from 04-11 years sharing with parents will be charged as per the above supplement
Baby cots & Baby chairs are free, subject to availability
01 Adult and 01 or 2 Children sharing room single rate will apply
Maximum of 3 children in own room, single rates will apply
Rooms consists of one king size or twin beds and No extra bed is available in any room types or suites,

Dining Policy:
Guest can take their Breakfast in the Mosaic restaurant
Guest Staying at Club Executive Room & Apex Suite can take breakfast in the Club Executive Lounge

Early Departure Policy :
All Seasons : 100% of full stay is charged
Validity : For all the stay within 01-Jun-2009--13-Jan-2011

Check-in & check-out Policy:
Normal check-in time 15:00 hours & check-out 12:00 hrs

Cancellation / No-Show Policy:-
Peak Season : 30-17 days prior to arrival 25% of full stay is charged
16-10 days prior to the arrival 45% of full stay is charged
09-06 days prior to the arrival 90% of full stay is charged
05 days prior to the arrival 100% of full stay is charged
High, Shoulder & Low Season :
09-06 days prior to the arrival 01 night charges is charged
05 days prior to the arrival 100% of full stay is charged
All Seasons :
For any No-Show 100% of full stay is charged
Name Changes : after the above mentioned release dates no name changes will be accepted.
Name changes during Peak & High season
are considered cancellation & will incur the applicable cancellation fee as per above.
The booking will be cancelled & a new booking
will be made subject to the best available rate.

Services Fee
US$10 service charges will apply on every Reservation, Amendment or Cancellation.
