Minimum Stay Policy:
The minimum stay of 3 nights applies for all bookings or reservations passing through
the peak season (including all special events)
A minimum length of stay is required from 27-Dec-2010--03-Jan-2011
Hotel reserves the right to amend the peak dates and periods accordingly

Child Policy:
Children aged 00-11 years will be provided free accommadation when sharing the room with 2 paying adults
For families with one child 12 years and above it is advisable to book higher room category (Executive Suite, Deluxe Suite) where extra bed can be provided
Baby Cots and baby chair are available upon request, subject to availability, free of charge

Dining Policy: (Esca Restaurant)
Breakfast: Children 00-06 years - Free of Charge
Children 06--11 years above rate apply
Children 12 years and above, adult rate will apply
Lunch: Supplement of 35 USD per adult and 18 USDper child
Dinner: On A la carte basis

Check in & check out Policy:
Normal time of check-in time @ 1400hrs & check-out @ 1200hrs
Late check -out until 1800hrs, will be charge 50% of the room rate
Late check-out after 1800hrs, will be charge 1 night of the room rate
No refunds will be granted in case the guest decides to check-out earlier than initially booked

Cancellation / No Show Policy:
Cancellation 5 days prior to arrival, 1 night charge
Peak Season: Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, 1 night charge
All No Shows will be charges 1 night accommodation at the reserved room rate
No refunds will be granted in case the guest decides to check out earlier than initially booked
