All rates are in Pak Rupees and per person basis.

Package Includes:

Transport:               Jeddah-Makkah-Madina-Makkah-Jeddah by BUS. 

Hotel in Makkah:      Sharbat Ali                          (400 meter)

Hotel in Medinah:     Dar Al-Naeem                   (150 meter) 
 

Terms & Conditions: 

1- Visa Charges are included in Package.  

2- Air Ticket is not included in Package.

3- Documents should be submitted 15 days prior to departure date. 

4- We will try our best to provide same hotel as included in the package but some time due to
    high occupancy an alternative hotel with similar type of rooms may be offered. 

5- Ladies passports mentioning clear relation with the Mahram will be accepted only. 

6- In case of any change in travel dates on request of passenger, cancellation charges or price
    difference in Air Ticket & Hotel Accommodation will be payable by passenger. 

7- Makkah & Madina hotel Check-in time is 04:00 pm & Check-out time is 02:00 pm. 

8- Rates are subject to change without any prior notice. 

9- Package is valid till 25th of Sha'aban.  

 Child & Infant Policy:

1- Child & infant are free but visa charges will apply.

2- Child & Infant visa charges are Rs.15000 per passport.

3- Child will be considered till 10 years old.

4- No extra bed will be provided for child or infant.

5- Hotel Child & infant policies will apply.  

Requirements for Umrah Visa: 

1- Original Passport (computerized) with 8 months validity. 

2- Original N.I.C. (Form “B” for children). 

3- Four Pictures, size 4 x 6 cm light blue background (Ladies with Scarf).  

4- Health card. 
 

Change, Refund & Cancellation charges (Terms & Conditions):

1- Cancellation charges after approval will be Rs.10,000/-.

2- Cancellation charges after visa will be Rs.20,000/-

3- In case of any change in travel dates requested by traveler, cancellation charges or price
    difference of Air Ticket & Hotel Accommodation will be payable by the passenger

4- Any un-used portion of package or services will be Non-refundable.
 

Important Notice:

We need cash guarantee against Umrah visas. Passenger has to come back and leave Saudi Arabia within the package period and validity of visa. If passenger fails to come back or leave the Saudi Arabia within the committed period or validity of visa; he will be considered overstayed and blacklisted. Incase of overstay of passenger, security will be nonrefundable. 

Only cash deposit of Rs.200,000/- (Two hundred thousand rupees) will be accepted for the purpose of guarantee. After return of passenger within committed period and validity of visa security deposit will be fully refunded. Security deposit will be refunded or returned through a crossed cheque only.
