the applicant
6- Income Tax papers / Income Tax
returns / Tax payment receipts of last three years
7- Written statement (affidavit)
confirming the purpose and duration of visit on stamp paper

8- Confirm Air Ticket
9- Confirm Hotel Booking (to be faxed
by the hotel in South Africa directly to the High Commission on Fax

10- All previous passports
11- Applicants can be requested to
lodge a repatriation guarantee which will be refunded if the
applicant complies with the conditions of visa
12- Two sets of FEE DEPOSIT SLIP
